CCG - 204 Swim with the Dolphins!

Wasn't so sure about this one at first, didn't think I had anything to use and wasn't keen on the grid, but thought I would have a go and soooo pleased with the result. I used the grid for all those little pics you get when you print out at Costco, I made the yellow flowers and the swirls and had to play with the Gesso again. The pictures where taken in 2007 at Discovery Cove in Orlando, we spent the day at the park and swam with the dolphins, if you have never been it was like paradise, although not too keen on the Dolphin swim, as I am not a good swimmer and you had to swim out to meet the dolphins and then they swam back with you, not my idea of fun but a once in a lifetime experience, of course kids loved it LOL! Thanks for looking any comments as always feel free to ask and don't forget to join in the Back to School Blog Hop for a chance to win some blog candy, have a fabulous Sunday, take care, happy crafting Doreen x.

  13. The grid is great! I especially like the text as part of the background, and the very natural-looking florals framing the page!

And I know I've said this before, but I can't get over how gorgeous your page background is! Each time I arrive on your blog, I am in complete awe of the ethereal colors and textures! Your change did inspire me to reach for a more artful background, as this one!:-)

I love your grid of photos at the bottom, that gorgeous cluster of flowers and greenery either side of the photo and the organza behind the photo looks fab. Love the way you altered your chipboard title too..great texture. I really think you did such an amazing job with this challenge. I think it's incredible that you had the opportunity to swim with the dolphins...and I can just imagine how much the kids loved it! :)
