Wonderland and summer at last!

It's so good to wake up to some sunshine it just makes everything seem so much better!
I have enjoyed making this layout I used the gorgeous Marion Smith papers Mad Tea Part if you haven't seen them they are perfect for any Alice in Wonderland pages or projects. Mmmm I can feel a project coming on, it will have to wait until the long summer holidays.
I used Roses R Red & Rabbit Hole for the papers, the Wonder title was some old Prima and Land just some old stickers. The swirl was some old chipboard I just added Stickles then fussy cut some more roses! I was inspired to do this one as we recently went to another afternoon tea, only this time it was cocktails and cakes, if up you live near enough it was worth it. It was at the OXO Tower and hosted by Harvey Nics.

Tiana and Prima Vines

Hi everyone, another Disney layout.
This was one of those pictures I wasn't sure what to do with. I folded the paper to give it a fabric folded feel. I Stickled  some cheap chipboard lettering for the big word and for Tiana I used Glossy Accents to get the shine on the black.
This was an old Prima vine it's been in my stash forever! I just added some buttons.
This worked out ok with some fussy cutting and feathers, anyway thanks for visiting, until next time x

ScrapAroundtheWorld challenge and WDW

Hi everyone, well it's a bank holiday weekend over here in the UK so that means dreary weather!
I decided to put the heating back on and make myself a pot of tea and get crafty.
This is the latest challenge over at http://scraparoundtheworld.blogspot.co.uk
I loved all the pink and it was perfect for my latest Minnie layout, used paper from Webster's pages, it was the Beautiful CHIC range, Animal Print and Aged to Perfection. Other bits and pieces from my stash. Lots of fussy cutting and I just hand cut the arrow strips. The pink swirls reminded me of the diamontes on the pink shoes gorgeous! Well I'm off to work on another layout as its National Scrap Booking weekend over at disneyscrappers.

Alice in Wonderland

Hi everyone, it's a cold, windy day here today! So nice to post this pic of the Magic Kingdom at WDW in 2012, looking forward to returning this summer.
I fussy cut lots of roses for this one and folded the lovely papers from Marion Smith. The butterflies are cut from some old DCWV paper I had, but not totally sure. Pictures are not the best but I wanted to scrap them, I used a brick mask to add some green glitter in the background not sure if it works!
Well hope you like it, I'm off work for 2 weeks now so should get lots of lovely scrapping done, take carex

Dinosaur WDW AK

Hi another week has passed before you know it summer will be here! This was a quick layout this week, used some very old G45 I think it was the Tropical Travelogue collection.
I cut the titles from pics I had taken have done a lot of that recently it's quite a cheap way to embellish. Cut the leaves from a die and the DIG chipboard I used flitter glue and flakes to decorate. Some old stickers from my stash. Hope you like it until next time happy scrapping x

Graphic 45 and Indigo Blue

Hi hope you are all good, it's a lovely sunny day here in London!
This is another WDW layout from our last trip in 2012 at the Animal Kingdom park.
Used  Graphic 45s new Artisan collection it's gorgeous and perfect for the AK at WDW. Fussy cut from several pages, the background paper is some old K&Co. I used chipboard bunting and covered it in Indigo Blues flitter fglue and I think the flakes are "Royal Peacock" not too sure had it a long time, the little tags from the Range and just added some raffia and beads.
Well thanks for looking until next time, happy crafting x

Scrap Room

Hi tried to post these over at Disneyscrappers, gave up and thought I would try here my internet is playing up!
This is my new room, we decorated it last October, most of the units are from Ikea.
This is my view from the door, it's tiny right! I tried to make the most of storage and get as much in but still keep it tidy.

This was the desk I choose all my Copics fit in perfectly and I can hide the wires for laptop, sewing machine and Cricut but it's all ready to go.
The shelving is nice as I can hide things but also have some display areas which I've never had before.

The finishing touches, I made the pelmet and I was going for an Alice in Wonderland Theme, think I need a few more quirky pieces, thanks for checking out my blog x

Typhoon Lagoon & G45

Hi thanks for stopping by! Well another busy week, we spent Saturday in the gorgeous Canterbury love visiting this place! I was in scrap heaven yesterday, I'm enjoying my new scrap room and love spending a lazy Sunday afternoon in there. I lit my Pink Sands Yankee candle, a pot of tea and endless tunes on YouTube what more could a girl ask for.
This layout is WDW 2012 at Typhoon Lagoon, I used some Graphic 45 papers, background paper is from the Botanical Tea Collection, ripped paper is from the By the Sea Collection and the sand effect paper is a very old Karen Foster paper. I used the stamps from Tropical Travelogue range and just lightly inked using Tim Holtz peeled paint. A few bits and bobs and it was finished. Well until next time Happy Crafting x

Well I can't believe how long it's been since I posted here! This is for the Disneyscrappers challenge if you love all things Disney you need to pop over there!
Some pics from WDW 2012, I used some Marion Smith papers which are actually Alice in Wonderland themed. I stamped the Mad Hatter and used Copics to colour, the wooden watch I embellished and the little quotes are stamps too. Hope you enjoy looking I will try and post more frequently, have a great weekend x
